    Start today by making healthy changes. The changes are made one decision at a time. Get a glass of water right now. Just by drinking 64 ounces of water for 2 weeks you will lose up to 7 pounds. Start walking today. If you have a dog or children or both bring them. Teach them to be healthier by including them. Leave your cell phone and talk to each other. Your goal should be 1 hour a day of physical activity. You can break it up throughout the day but, realize you will need to do it most days for the rest of your life to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Give up sodas and cigarettes you will save yourself so much money. Be honest and do the math. Soda even diet is not healthy if you and your children enjoy soda cut down to one a day and make it a treat. One soda is 150 calories.

     Eat more fruits and vegetables. it is simple your body needs foods that are fresh. Eat less fast food. It is full of preservatives, fat, and empty calories. If you are trying to lose then use a food journal to track your exercise and write down everything you eat and drink. People who right it down lose on average of 30% more than people who don't. Get variety in your diet the more colors the better. Eat whole foods like potatoes. Be moderate with condiments they are to compliment foods not hide them. Use fresh lemons as a condiment or if you do not enjoy the taste of straight water. Grill more foods. Its better than dirtying the kitchen and is less calories than frying.
